Does anyone know about the air lift rescue that was conducted on Tuesday this week? Was that hiker ok?

Hi He was flown out , a very helpful couple from Colorado stayed with him the night before . He was flown out of the area .


So lets add a few thoughts about several other missing hikers this week , two different groups left people on the mountain and came out hoping somehow they would manage to get down. A guy from out of the country ask Earlene what kind of people are these? That would do that, just leave someone in the group? Some question are hard to answer.Doug

I couldn't leave my friends that's for sure. Two years ago making the summit run two of my friends had ACL repairs. We were about the 12000 mark right before the switch backs and I told them one day we will make it but it will not be today. We walked down not talking much I think they thought they held me back from reaching the top. I say I still have two friends that can walk.
