Lost my mind, maybe...
In frustration.

I did make an odd turn to the North at Iceberg Lake on Friday...the solitude on the West side at this time of the yeat is pretty amazing...

Enjoy China...Hug a few too many Chineese women for me.😯👑

Take lots of photos...maybe a slide show before you head way down South?

Myles... you and Amy keep us up to date on how that trip goes. Sounds like a blast. Travel safe and solo a couple lines on the Great Wall. Yvon Chouinard did that once and called it 5.8 smile

Well we just got thrown out of Taxi for no good reason or he realized he couldn't understand us.... He couldn't find the hotel so he just kicked us out! Getting darker, we showed a stranger our key and he pointed to a big building. Yeah we were only a block away.... Got a free ride though! Thank god for the iPhone
tired

Also did a photo shoot.... Oh Lordy they want us to compete, here we go

Hey Burg! Amy says hi! We have a five hour bus ride today to Yangshou. The competition is in three days. We got to meet the rest of the team which is a great group of guys. We have a Russian world winner speed climber, james an Australian boulder who crushes a route setter who is setting the comp, and Danny who is Honk Kongs strongest climber. Today we get to meet John Otto a big peak bagger as well as big wall. He has seen the summit of Everest as well as surrounding peaks and has lived in china for the last 20 years. Wedburg you ever met him? Alright guys have to catch the bus thanks for all support ... Now we are jungle bound for some lime stone!

See how hard they crush spread-eagled on two dime edges with a dragging tagline and a Bosch in one hand...

(Show 'em how it's done, you two!)

Thanks guys! Ames and I just got a taste of overhanging 5.12 limestone! Pretty slick stuff here. Got watch a 17year old go for a 5.14... Pretty wild. Tell you what it's not granit here!

Where's Richard?

And that's why I kept hinting go on over to notch peak and do that little practice session . As long as you are not conscripted making trinkets ,meeting some of the top climbers things will work out fine .

A movie producer was in the other day looking for climbers.I said I know this young couple that works well with Hollywood .

Take care over there! We love you guys The Portal Crew
