Hi Listed a chain of events that took the site down they are gone when I deleted one of the other Doug Sr's .

The chain of events are the site was redirected sometime ago to another site , that person was confronted and he made a public statement that he did redirect to his site .
Several months ago we started getting calls/email that new members could not post contacted a source that would look into the problem and they could not find any reason .

I did a search on our control panel and found that usernames had been changed and 3 other people had logged on as administrators , only one person would have that link other than myself I traced the ip address to this person and the other two. Contacted UBBCentral and ask for help resolving this issue. Several weeks into the issue and now the site is back .

Next step will be gather the paper trail and go to the Agencies and follow up with what they advise.

Thanks All for your support and understanding. Doug

A while ago, after I posted a TR on the Portal website I got a PM from the Whitney Zone moderator asking me to post TRs on his site too. That was OK but then he went on to bad mouth Doug and the Portal website. After that once I haven't posted to or even scanned the Zone site.

The web, with its ability to reach 1000's of readers, seems to bring out the best in people who are fair and generous by nature and the worst in people who are mean and insecure.

Thanks Doug for all you do.

B.

There is never any substitute for the original best. Just like those knock off designer bags from China... eventually you can smell the difference. Thank you for keeping this board alive. I find much relevant and current info, and enjoy reading stories and seeing pictures. Even though not all the kids play well together, I love this playground.

Glad you are back. Lets see if I can now post.
Update: this is the first time I have been successful posting in a number of years. Now I just have to come up with something worthwhile!
