Mt. Whitney Golf Club is offering parking for Mt. Whitney hikers

$10 per day, $25 per week, $75 per month.

Groundskeeper on site 24 hours a day.

Limited snacks and food in Club house, as well as a full bar, beer and wine.

Golf Course is located directly across from Inter-agency Visitor Center, 2 miles south of Lone Pine on Highway 395.

I wonder if the provide transportation to the trailhead. Or at least downtown. It's a bit of a walk from the interagency visitor center to the center of town.
