yeah still working but without the in-person pickup so your reservation email says what to do either email or maybe call but it says in your email when you got the dates from the lottery but I've heard they're not answering the phone. so the extra person is probably a no if everyone else goes to just call or check the website to see if someone dropped out on the day but they're not issuing refunds so people blow it off and you can't go to the visitor center anymore and no walk-ins but check your email. wear your mask.
