Meeting some friends for fishing in LLV on the 12th-15th and will sign up and try to do the hike on the 11th.

Problem is, trying to do weights on a treadmill at full height has messed up the meniscus, no more messing around with the body at my age.
It has gotten better but that requires little cardio, still do great on the uphill, maybe Jeff could carry me down !

Ago I tore my meniscus and a ortho told me
Running on the treadmill is no bueno! I haven’t been on a treadmill ever again

It is - there is a $25 registration fee, then a minimum $100 donation total required for all the goodies this year.

The climb for Heroes is now on Nov 13th and there will be a banner on the summit that Honors the memory of our dear friend James Ledbetter, I'm working directly with Tim to make that happen.

That would make this one even more special. I see the Ortho this Friday, having some soft tissue calcification next to the lateral meniscus, hope its all fixable by then.
