It's a little bit early... but don't want to end up saying "better late than never..."

Hey, how about a TR on your other activities this weekend?

I'm already formulating a reply that'll have you busting up.

Yo, T-squared:

Love the neon hat, baby! I need to get me one 'o doze to go with my truck!

Looks like a killer w/e. I got cancelled on last minute b/c of an emergency (it's all good now!), but it was a bit breezy down here anyhoo.

When's your actual b-day? We'll pah-tee it up mountain girl style!

Ah, hunter orange...my favorite color! Happy Birthday!

Looks like the shot was taken above Mirror Lake overlooking Big Horn. But what do I know?

Ah, corn fed are the best fed. Yes, I never have any luck during the season in Mizzou. Off season they are all over...in the woods...in the cornfields...along the road...but NOT ON MY DINNER PLATE or in the FREEZER! I have my hunter orange beanie with me whenever I venture out n2thegr8ydopn. I also have a hunter orange hooded sweatshirt, too! Talk about high visibility.

Look at the bright side -- you can still be doing Whitney in another 35 years. Just remember to stay on the outside of your python.

The post to which I was referring seems to have disappeared. Maybe a python ate it.

blush Glad I stopped by to check the msg board! Thanks Richard and M.C.!!! I remember a year ago this coming wkend was the WOW. grin

I spent Sat climbing one of the 5 Fingers...pretty intense as I decided to go up some slabby rock (almost got stuck, but I got my gutts together). Still trying to figure those fingers out! Then yesterday I was planning on hiking Owens Peak, made it to the TH in my 4x4 (only needed 4x4 low), but it was wayyyy too windy for me to even think about trying for a s/b. The snow cover was amazing though! Ended up spending the afternoon exploring Indian Wells Cyn and looking for the access road to Heller Rocks. Bob R? Help? (I have the Domelands guide book, but I couldn't find a road that leads directly to the crag).

Thanks again for the B-Day wish!!! Tomorrow, ummm, work.
