Has anyone been up to the MR since ~4/11, if so how are trail conditions, (skis or snowshoes needed).
Can you just boot puch to the top etc etc.
Thanks

I posted a report over at the mt-whitney.info board. You can find it <a href="http://www.mt-whitney.info/viewtopic.php?t=490" target=_new>here.</a>

Went up the MR early in April. Needed snowshoes, crampons and ice ax. Spring conditions...time of day...either it was icy, or you punched through deep snow... occasionally it was okay in just boots. Go prepared! We summitted on April 6th.
