My wife won't be joining me on this trip so I have a campsite all to myself. I know that sites can be hard to get sometimes, so if anyone would like to join me, send me a message. I'll be arriving Sat morning from San Diego. I'll be hiking in the area to acclimatize for a few days and hiking the main trail on the 31st. I'll be heading home Wed morning.

I also have an extra permit for the main trail on the 31st.

About me: 42 years old, slow hiker, not in too bad of shape, can carry on an intelligent conversation. This will be my forth summit via the main trail.

IGOHIKN,
We'll be there at the same time, but arriving on the 29th. Which campsite are you in? BTW, we'll be coming from SD also.

IGOHIKN -

Myself and hiking partner are kind of looking for a place to "nap" till midnite - 1 AM Sunday the 29th, when we plan to head out on the main trail. We are 47 and 50 yrs young, driving up late Saturday morning from Bakersfield, and don't make much noise or take up much room.. We plan on leaving as soon as we get done Sunday evening. This is my first summit attempt, so I hope I'm not being too ambitious with this plan!

Spencer

I've decided not to do the hike. I'll be cancelling the campsite tomorrow morning. You should be able to reserve it around 0900.
