Congratulations! I'll have to check out your photos later.

I met you just below the summit that day. I posted about it in another thread, but here is a picture of you two. Others are at

Wow! What a great idea! Also watched the video. Thanks for sharing that with us! Whitney is a special place for a lot of us, but it will be a particularly special place for the two of you! I'm betting I know where you will be spending many of your anniversaries... smile

Spectabulous! What a great trip..and fantastic photographs. That one of the trout is beautiful! You look like a great couple and I'm sure you'll have a great life together..

Marisa and I got engaged in October of 2004 (!) on top of Half Dome:

I've been trying to talk her into letting Kurt Wedberg be the master of ceremonies on top of Kilimanjaro...but I don't know if Marisa is going to go for it! laugh She tends to get AMS above 11K..so it might be a bit optimistic to think she will feel in a "wedding" mood up there.. wink Maybe we can mix some Diamox into her champagne...

Congrats again..and great photos..I sent the link to some of my friends and family...

Regards..and best of luck!

Thanks Chris, for your message... Best of luck to you and Marisa. The Diamox champagne mixer sounds like a good idea!

Lisa and Jeff, Congratulations!! I met you both on Kearsarge Pass as you were heading up and my friend and I were coming down the scree on Mount Gould. You didn't start out your journey in the best of weather, but it appears your wedding day was a gloriously beautiful day. Way to go! Wishing you much happiness and a lifetime of adventures together. smile
