Hi Just got back from the Portal as with gear I think you should never go for the low end products we took all the kids in the family to sled , not sure if the roof of a golf cart is called a sled but they hold four and go like a hairy goat .
Found a crampon ???? maybe supports the low end theory if you are just going to leave the stuff why get good stuff.
Another fun year and glad to see so many people stop by the store, and say Hi .
Building in town is on the final phase, last few details and then some trade shows and some time off before we open, looks like before March, Cherida and I spent some time with our screen print company and looks like we will try to design some products, I had worked on a backpack several years ago and some winter gear so now have time to see if the material is out there and we can do some test garments, no they won't be levi's with linseed oil but then again why not.
I can see this motion picture thing adding some great shots of hikers on the Trail like Laura with the duct tape pants, Richard with his finger backwards and my buddie on the Mountaineers Route with his head looking like a broken egg and Eric telling him matter of fact how the hell he's doing, trying to control the leakage.
