We plan to climb Mt. Whitney via the Mountaineer's Route over Memorial Day Weekend. I'm looking to have the following questions answered:
1) What have the conditions been like lately? Any anticipation of what they might be like in two weeks?
2) How long did it take you to complete the entire trip (from Whitney Portal), and where did you end up camping (i.e. Iceberg Lake)?
3) What kind of pro did you end up using for the climb?
4) What time did you start on summit day?
5) Any issues getting past the ledges below Lower Boyscout Lake?
