A few friends of mine will be doing Whitney the first weekend of September, and this will be their first attempt. In filling them in on some good tips to prepare for their adventure, I mentioned that there is usually water coming out of a spring between switchbacks 13 and 23 above Trail Camp. When I was up there on July 30th, the spring was flowing good, and I told my friends that I would ask for a more recent update. If anyone who was up on the main trail last weekend can give me the current status of how the spring is flowing, I sure would appreciate it. Thank you. Whitney Mike
