Friend of mine found a camera nearby the Whitney trail. Says the card/photo info shows last used August 5, photos of Portal area. Also has photos of what they tell me look like West Point cadets, in uniform.

ID make and colour of camera and I will give out the contact info for who has it smile

Warm Regards, Keith

There was a post on 8-20 from SCOTTNAKAMOTO. He said he lost a camera on the trail and it was a weeks worth of photos from a scouting trip. Just check the posts for that date. Good luck.

I just came into the 21st century and gave up my film camera and bought an expensive digital. First thing I did was put an address sticker on it. If everyone did this, you'd not have to report a found camera and hope the owner is reading this. BTW, I've got address stickers on my hiking poles, car keys, bear cannister (when I overnight it), anything I want back should it get dropped.

You might also let the Visitor's Center know in case they have had any inquiries.
