What is the trick to seeing the LIVE webcam shot? I refreshed but all I see is the shot dated 1-8-2010

Hi Try to logout and log back in or try the refresh on the right click on the photo. Thanks Doug I just checked we caught a shot of a bird going past!

Has anyone else had this problem and found a remedy? Refreshing or signing out and in just doesn't help. I've never had this issue in the past.

Mark, Try this:

1. Click the Tools menu in your web browser (if it is Internet Explorer) and choose Internet Options. If it is Firefox or some other web browser then go to your Options.
2. In the Options box, click Delete (or Delete files). Whatever the options is called to delete your Temporary Internet Files (cache).
3. Click OK to delete. If there is a little checkbox that says "Delete all offline content" check that and click OK.
4. Click OK to exit the Internet Options box.
5. Go to the Whitney Portal Store home page and click the Refresh button. Or, as an option, close the web browser, reopen and try the web site again.

I've been having the same problem but my fix was just to click on Whitney Portal Store just below the picture of it above and the current web cam photo shows.
