Yeah, I know, I could probably do some research and figure this out on my own,, but does anyone know the snowlevel for most of the E. Sierra 14k approaches.? I am going up the Symmes creek approach to Williamson/Tyndall on Fri and wondered if I will find snow before the TH (6400ft).. thanks,

in patches in the shade. i was going up Taboose Pass which starts at 5,600' and is on the southern aspect and made good progress. you should expect spring conditions, which is also infamous for the Sierra cement. just don't get discouraged by the section before Symmes Creek saddle. enjoy!
