Mt. Whitney Portal Store & Hostel Forums General Mt. Whitney Portal Store Message Board Seeking permit space for 2 -- Aug 21+

Hi all,
I am taking a friend to Mt. Whitney for the climb of his life. Last minute plans; he is coming in from Ohio. I have been up three times (MR) before.

We will be arriving in Lone Pine on the evening of Aug 20.

MR or main trail. Overnight or one-day. We will be prepared for all options.
