Hi everyone,
A bit off-topic here, but I figure a lot of you have experience hiking Mt. Langley. We plan to do the Cottonwood Lakes to Langley hike in late October. The current itinerary is to hike to the lakes, set up camp, and depending on time/energy, either summit that afternoon or do it early the next morning and then head back.
Any advice on route? I've seen some people recommend taking NAP up and OAP down..and vice-versa. Also, I'm curious what we should expect for conditions? Has there been significant snow that early in recent years? Temps?
Thanks for any 411 you can provide!
