Some of the posters on the board use the ClubPhoto site for posting their pictures. It has always worked great and is appreciated, I'm sure, by all viewers.
For some reason I can no longer view the photos. There are ads in each thumbnail. $.25 per photo, or something to that affect.
Did something change on the site, or is just me.
Thanks for any replies. I miss looking at the photos as I sit here behind my desk at work.

That is only if you want to buy a print of the photo. If you click on the images you can view larger images or you can chose slide show presentation to view the entire album.

Thanks for the reply. Still doesn't show the photos.
The links posted always have worked in the past. Now though, I don't see the thumbnails, only the ads.
Maybe it's a firewall or security issue?

OBS,
Whos Club Photo site were you looking at? As an experiment can you access mine? Funky pictures but just as a test to narrow down why you are having problems try my photos .

Hey Scott,
I tried Bob R and one other.
After trying yours, I get a similar response from the site.
Thanks.

OBS - Do you have a pop-up blocker on the computer you are using? If so, it's possible this may be the problem, and if so, you may have to temporarily disable it.

Scott M, I tried accessing your link, and the pictures don't load there. Netscape just keeps waiting. They don't load on IE, either. (Ok, after lots of waiting, a few are coming through.) I think the Club Photo site may be having difficulties. (9:30 AM, Pacific Daylight Time).

I like SmugMug. I paid $30 for a year's subscription -- best digital camera accessory I could buy.

Hi CaT,
Yes, I do have a pop-up blocker, but have never had a problem in the past with the site.
I think Steve is correct that Club Photo may be having a problem.
Thanks for the reply.

I've been having problems with the site for the past few weeks also. (For two days now, I've been trying to get to Walter's pictures of the MR.) I think they're due for a systems upgrade (bandwith, faster servers, etc.).

I also agree with Steve C that SmugMug has got a great interface and cool presentation choices.

I'm getting a slow response, too, even to my own pics. Reminds me of my early "dial up" days or worse!

Steve, The Smugmug works pretty nifty. My Club Photo subscription is up in October so maybe I'll look into it as an alternative.

The other day when I finally "saw" Walter's pictures, it was very slow.

Today, when I looked at a couple of Bob's albums, the performance was back to normal (it took about 5 minutes to view 75 pictures, including scrolling to view the extended captions on the album page).
