So sorry for your loss. For those that knew him and those who would of liked to know him, he will be truely missed in our close but wide spread family that we have here.

We've just finished reading all the posts on this thread and were really touched. We wish we could meet you all and thank you in person.

We especially love the quote Norma R posted because it fit Wade so well:

That quote is now dedicated to Wade. I was following the SAR efforts diligently. My heart goes out to you and your family, Michelle. You will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. Wade died on one of the most majestic mountains in the world... When I first stood on the summit in '87, it was a monumental spiritual moment for me; one I'll never forget. Wade's spirit will live on through his family and friends... And in the mountains.
