Hi To add to the history of the twinke , I was about 12 years old working in a produce store on West Colfax in Lakewood Colorado and the bread guy say this is the last week we get Twinkies with cream filling, the new filler is some kind of colored grease and will last longer! The day the world started thinking chemical citric acid was orange juice it was over. Matter of fact Earlene's uncle fought for real Orange juice many years and was in the citrus market most of his life , That funny burnt acid taste of low budget OJ? Ask sometime I will tell you. Thanks for the bump. Doug

Interesting, Doug... As a child, I was a Twinkie fiend. One day, at the age of 13, I read the ingredients on a Twinkie package (I remember I was in a store and it took quite awhile to read all those healthy ingredients). wink From that point on, starting reading labels and making healthier choices. Haven't had a Twinkie since. I can only imagine a twinkie with real cream though. Ummmmmm...

And not much beats fresh squeezed OJ... smile

Twinkies are so powerful they're not only good for climbing but can even change our legal system!
