Just wondering on the Bear can rules:
Does ea. person need a Can or is one enough
if it is able to hold all the food for the group?
It's a total weight thing, why have two 1/2 empty
cans ?

Food has to be stored in a cannister. If you can get all the food in one (regardless of how many in the party), so much the better.

Doesnt matter if each person has one, we are going up next week, group of 12 and we are just taking 4 or so.

totally read that as beer can the first time! haha

but as others said if you can save weight why not combine food into one can and distribute other gear to even up weight in your group. =)
