Hi Reading and passing the reports along , I posted on your blog but not sure it worked? Cayden and I are going to Mammoth in the morning he ask if I know ski I said I went once. We had a nice snow yesterday and cold enough for it to stay , did the Portal road on sleds with Mya, Cayden and Doug.
Keep the updates coming I will lock this up to the top so it stays on the main page .Stay safe and have fun

Doug tell kayden the fireworks were the most unbelievable thing I've seen. Going off in the road, driveways, restaurants, in the sky, all over the place. It was crazy buddy. I check the web cam every time I have a chance.... Looked good when I last saw it. It's about time the storms hit lone pine.
Well we are one town and two buses from the enterance of the park. Once again they were about to leave our bags.... Until they looked at the ticket and saw first class... Yeah that's right first class! Riddin' in style! The seats turned into a bed. So sweet.
I'm starting to get pretty smelly from four days on buses... Amy as always looks as if she rolled out of the shower, she is actually washing her hair in the bus depot sink in the ladies room as I type.
I am craving climbing at this point. I think I have put on weight from beer, food, and beach... But I bet we will be starving up there on the wall.
As always, thanks for the support... Thompsons love ya guys. And we will try to get some photos... Chow.

I spent Christmas 1995-mid January 1996 in Patagonia doing some "modest climbing" but nothing like Myles and Amy will be doing. Was enroute to South Pole and only did a few hills there, nothing like Vinson.
Beautiful areas.

Happy New Year's, you crazy monkeys! (Your plan isn't to try and put a route up the butt crack between the towers, right?)
Stay safe and dry---and don't forget that gas-powered compressors are cheap down there...
See ya' on the cover of R&I!

Hola, we'll this might be our last connection for a while. We get our bus to the park at 2:30. Picked up a selection food...about 80lbs worth for the next month. We are going to take the the first month to move camp in and climb as much as we can.... Some of the more moderate routes to try to work off the beer. Then there is nothing like going big...as much as possible. Dougie love you man!
Jeff, I doubt it and Richard ... Oh Richard

Hi We just got our tickets for the Matherhorn , guided trip so we just need a jacket and snacks. 80 pounds that's one big wagbag! You know the drill: eat, drink, poop, climb repeat. Stay in touch. See the dream. US

Looks like 2012 ascents not 2013 if the dates at the top and bottom are correct

Hello! We are out of the park for a few days, resupplying for the next two months. We have been there for 25 straight days and caught that weather window! We climbed for 15 days single push capsule style up the East Face of the North Tower of Paine. We free climbed every pitch except for one 6ft section that went at C1. It could easily be freed at 5.12 ,but with the weather closing and food diminishing we had to worry about seeing the summit. This makes the first complete route up the East Face of the North Tower. We planned on 12 days but were trapped for 15. Our portaledge is destroyed from ice and rock fall, most of our ropes are chopped, and the haul bags our all shot. It was absolutely intense! We summited in an entire white-out on day 13. Trapped in our tattered ledge for day 14 in the same white-out. Day 15 we pitch the bags from 2000ft up with the first hit of sunshine and start rappelling to the glacier below.
PLATE TECHTONICS VI, 5.12 C1 3000ft 15 days, single push capsule style 2013 Moser, Ness

I thought I was going to see a photo of you 2 in action, but I guess you're just correcting your spelling....
Are you 2 still a couple? (After spending 15 days locked to each other)
Can't wait to hear the tales...

Doug you don't need to call Amy's dad.... She took care of it. Stay around the hostel big guy we are going to give you a ring with our Skype account so the number might look funny.... And you know you miss US(?)
Richard posting photos on Doug's forum is a pain in my arse .... How do I do it again?
And look at the Blog in a few days.
We will have one hell of a slide show for you guys. Always much love
Myles and Amy
